Meet Our Real Estate and Auction Team
Lawson Real Estate & Auction Inc. has served Menifee, Morgan, Wolfe and the surrounding counties of Eastern Kentucky since 1977. Our team is led by Philip Lawson, REALTOR®, Principal Broker, Auctioneer and Appraiser, and includes REALTOR® agents Frankie Spencer, Kate McMillian and Kamilia Lawson.
Our agents work with buyers and sellers of homes, land and farms, and business and commercial property. Because the principal broker is also a licensed auctioneer, sellers can compare a traditional listing with an auction before deciding how to sell.
Contacting an Agent
To reach any member of the team, please use the form on our contact page and mention the agent's name. Tell us whether you are buying or selling and the area you are interested in, and the right person will follow up.
Browse current property on our office listings page or see examples of land and farm listings.
